We came here to have a look and ended up coming back the next day to eat. Steve was great, very welcoming and gave good recommendations. We got the $33USD pork ribs with Mac n cheese, potato & bacon salad, corn bread (which was absolutely delicious) & a souvenir cup of unlimited soda. Would recommend if you’re wanting a BBQ meal. The place was clean and the people were lovely. The food was GREAT!

I noticed that this place was highly rated and being a barbecue fan, thought I’d give it a try. Service was friendly. Atmosphere was very barn like industrial chic with home made steel and wood furniture, unfortunately, not the most comfortable setting. Food was not a disappointment. The ribs were delicious as was the cornbread. Shortcomings for me were the chipotle slaw which had a spice profile I just didn’t care for but the slaw was fresh and well made. My biggest disappointment was the beef brisket. I was disappointed that I wasn’t able to specifically choose the cut I wanted like in most Texas BBQ places. I prefer meat from the point and not the flat. I requested it anyways and the waiter noted it on my order but the kitchen did not grant my wish. As a result, the brisket was tasty but dry. Also, the brisket wasn’t super tender. I would recommend.

My wife and I stopped in at Rick’s Rollin Smoke BBQ during our last trip to Vegas and we were blown away! The ribs, mac and cheese, and slider were absolutely delicious—packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere was fun, and the restaurant itself was spotless. Everything about our experience was fantastic. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Vegas!

This restaurant seems to heavily rely on its namesake/ owner to draw in customers. However, our experience wasn't quite remarkable. Not only did it take a while for them to take our order and prepare the food, but the food itself turned out to be exceptionally average. There was nothing that stood out or left a lasting impression; the ribs tasted like what you'd find at any other BBQ joint. It was okay, but I wouldn't say the ribs were anything beyond good, while the bread was like any other piece of bread. The macaroni and cheese was also just average. Nonetheless, the restaurant boasts a cozy atmosphere and is conveniently located right on the strip, which adds to its appeal.

Stopped in for some BBQ after a long work trip. Atmosphere was basic, not lively but it could have been due to us getting there at opening time. Staff were pleasant. I had the pulled pork, brisket and smoked mac and cheese. I must say the smoked mac and cheese was bomb! The pulled pork and brisket were so dry that no amount of sauce could hydrate this meat. I was so disappointed that I couldn't finish my expensive meal.
